Setan Lee and his wife, Randa Lee, founded TransformAsia, previously known as Kampuchea for Christ, on July 8, 1995. Currently, Setan is the President/CEO of TransformAsia, and Randa is the director of Women’s and Children’s Ministries.  This includes The New Development Center in Kampong Chhnang, the Battambang Trade School, the Kambour Village Community Center, and the David Center Orphanage in Anlong Veng.

Their philosophy of ministry is “To use what we have to serve God now, and not wait for what we don’t have.”
