Medical Ministries

“But the crowds learned about it and followed Him (Jesus). He welcomed them and spoke to them about the kingdom of God, and healed those who needed healing.”  ~Luke 9:11

Medical missions are near and dear to Setan Lee and TransformAsia. Setan believes that if our Lord Jesus was physically here today, He would go to heal the sick and the multitude before He would preach the Kingdom of God to them.

Based on his own life experiences, Setan knows for a fact that when one is hungry or sick, their ears are ringing, therefore, they will not able to hear the message that you are proclaiming to them. This is the reason why Setan and Randa Lee established the medical mobile clinics since the beginning of TransformAsia in 1995. Almost 80% of Cambodia’s 14 million people are living in small villages and communes across the land. Most of them are living under the poverty level. They have very little or no access to medical or dental care. Moreover, they have no money to get their illness or sickness taken care of. The most common causes of death for the children of Cambodia are diarrhea, typhoid, dengue fever, and malaria. The most common illnesses for adults and children in Cambodia are skin infections, ears infections, yeast infections (for female patients) and malnutrition. The main cause of these illnesses is related to the lack of good clean drinking water and lack of basic sanitation. If you are a doctor, nurse, health care professional, pharmacist, or perhaps just a housewife or retired individual, you can join us to make a difference in the lives of the people and nation of Cambodia. Normally, our medical mission will require you to contribute at least 2 weeks of your time including traveling to Cambodia and back to North America. In addition to praying for this ministry you can support this ministry financially to help acquire medical supplies or cover the medical expenses for more severe cases of disease and illness.
